Adaptive re-use of an 1800’s brick building to include assembly, office, retail, & restaurant space. The original building and significant additions were retained and restored. Inappropriate additions were removed. Original brickwork was restored. Additions were constructed with ornamental brickwork to match. LEED Silver targeted.
