Prepared a complete architectural/structural assessment & pre-development plan in accordance with Mass. Historic Commission guidelines. Plan addressed the preservation and restoration of the building’s original architectural character; adaptation of the building for its intended re-use program, and reconnection of the building to the fabric of the community. Building assessed for code, accessibility, structural, mechanical, and programmatic needs. Designed discrete additions to provide elevator, toilets, parking and pedestrian access.
