Landmark Façade restoration NYC Senior Architect @ OCA

Historic restoration of a landmarked façade. Obtained NYC Landmarks approval. Project included documenting and duplicating existing façade detail in brownstone & stucco, and restoration of cornice & flashings in copper to match. Designed the exact duplication of original windows from historic documentation. Restoredof existing ornamental metal railings damaged by vandalism. Project also included additions to the top and rear of the building to facilitate proposed use. Additions were not visible from the street.
