“Scrap Iron” Building

Working on a forgotten lot on a dead end street in Brooklyn’s Kensington neighborhood, JHA developed a triangular brick and steel loft building. Taking advantage of the favorable zoning JHA was able to create a 4 story building with industrial charm. The building includes two 2200 sf 3br 3 bath duplex apartments with professional kitchens with high ceilings and open living spaces. The building common facilities includes roof deck, 2 car garage, gym storage rooms, and garden.
