Tiny House Bronx

On an abandoned, 300 sf lot in the Bronx JHA developed plans for a surprisingly spacious modern town house. On a triangular lot the architect took advantage of the favorable zoning to accommodate a building with 1200 SF on 4 floors including a livingroom, dining room, master bedroom, office, professional kitchen two sleeping lofts, roof deck with views and a garage. The design relies on bold moves and simple massing. A prefabricated building shell is necessary to minimize on-site construction time in this tight infill project for the tight urban lot.
